Although this is a new building, it's tucked carefully onto a corner in an established neighborhood. Our landscape continues the theme by carrying on with a traditional style, both for layout and materials. There is a band of street trees outlining the corner and a combination of deciduous and evergreen shrubs along the foundation of the building. A black metal picket fence runs along the sidewalk edge. The main entry arrival is highlighted by a planting of flowering trees with an underplanting of perennials.
On the back of the building, a walkway wraps around to a rooftop garden. Individual patios are made from concrete pavers that match the building color scheme, while a cobble design is imprinted onto the entry circle that leads to the main door. The new building fits into this tight city corner in a way that makes it look like it's always been there, and our landscape is a seamless continuation of the surroundings.
