Marina Bay - Squantum, MA

We have been involved in the planning and design of Marina Bay, a 400 acre mixed residential and commercial complex located on Boston Harbor for over twenty years. The revitalized marina, accommodating 600 vessels and providing daily shuttle service to Boston, is the center of a development that successfully combines private ownership and public accessibility to the water.

In addition to designing the retail boardwalk, we have designed landscapes throughout the site, including those for townhouses, office buildings, senior living buildings, apartments and a waterfront park. The landscape has woven the private residences, office space and retail stores together with the public activity of the marina.
